How it works

From application to your first day at work

A clear, step-by-step process. We tell you what happens next, what it costs (if anything), and how long it usually takes.

  1. Apply & get screened

Share your qualifications and goals. We route you to the pathway that fits.

  2. Verify & prepare

We verify your certificates at source, assess practical skills and prepare you for language exams and interviews.

  3. Meet your employer

Interview with a real European employer and sign a clear, written contract.

  4. Travel & settle

We help with recognition, visa paperwork, travel and your first months abroad.

Why candidates trust us

Ethical recruitment is not a slogan. It is how we are paid.

Too many people in Kenya have lost money to agencies that charge for “jobs abroad” that never existed. We built Financially Fit World to work differently.

  • We only recruit for vacancies we have agreed with real employers.
  • Employers pay our placement fee — following the WHO code for international recruitment of health workers.
  • Where you do pay (for example, language classes), the price is published in advance and you get a written contract.
  • We never promise or sell visa guarantees. No honest agency can.

Our promise to every candidate

You will never pay us a placement fee — not before, during or after you get a job.

If anyone claiming to represent Financially Fit World asks you for money to “secure” a job, refuse and report it to us at info@financiallyfitworld.io.

For European employers

Hire verified, work-ready talent from Kenya.

Nurses, care workers, electricians, welders, mechanics, chefs and hospitality staff — qualifications verified at source, language-prepared and interview-ready, with recognition and visa files handled end to end.

Kenya and Germany are opening the door together

Kenya and Germany signed a Comprehensive Migration and Mobility Partnership in 2024, and a September 2026 agreement puts it into practice: structured recruitment channels, faster recognition of Kenyan qualifications, and German-language training. That is exactly the work we do. Learn more
